Presentation of Armenian designers in Riga
On December 20, the presentation of the online store of Armenian designers HAY-HAY.co was held in the BOLD Concept Store in Riga.
HAY-HAY.co is a new shopping destination for designers of Armenian origin. This is the first online store that offers a wide range of carefully selected products - clothes, accessories and ornaments - from the best Armenian designers. To date, 26 designers from different regions, such as Ukraine, Germany, the USA, Austria, Russia, Estonia and Armenia - Sinoian, Faina, Anet's Collection, IIIIT Sarkisyan, Inga Xavier, LOOM Weaving, Shabeeg and others participate in the project.
In HAY-HAY, they stake on the uniqueness of the Armenian design. Elegance is expressed both in the choice of materials and in craftsmanship. HAY-HAY helps young and established designers to achieve recognition in the international market, making collections available all over the world.
The first such presentation took place in the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. According to the project's founder, Lusine Ayanian, a visual exposition of Armenian designers gives a broader idea of what the modern Armenian fashion and design is like. "Guests are studying with great curiosity, looking at clothes and accessories, marveling at the magnificent handmade work of the masters," says Lusine. "Earlier, many Europeans had the idea that the Armenian clothes are similar to the national costume, we managed to show that we also have modern models and cut which can compete in the foreign market."
