SHIPPING

All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing.

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days and tracking information is generated for each purchase.

Lost items or undelivered items will be treated for damage waiver or refunds.


DELIVERY

U.S.A via USPS or UPS Within 5-7 Days Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

CANADA via USPS or UPS: Within 10-15 Days Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and possible customs delay)

Europe and Australia via USPS & UPS: Within 15-17 Days Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and possible customs delay)

Asia and South America via USPS & UPS: Within 15-20 Days Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and possible customs delay)

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are allowed within 14-days of purchase and are subject to availability.

Shipping charges will not be applied to your exchange order.


RETURN POLICY

You may return an item within 30 days  of purchase. The item must include all tags attached and in New Condition.

Customer provides return shipping.

No Restocking fee.

No return on final Sale.

 

Please send us an email at sales@anetscollection.com with reason on why you would like to return or exchange. We will be happy to provide Return Label through e-mail if item is damaged, doesn't fit and not as described.

Once we receive the return and it is in new condition, we will refund the product amount back on your credit card.

You will also get e-mail notifications once we issue a refund.

A refund will be issued for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

We will be able to send you return labels, but the amount paid for shipping and return will be deducted from the balance.

Refunds are issued only in the original form of payment.
