We’re thrilled to share some exciting news—Anet’s Collection is now proudly featured at the Center for Jewish History in Manhattan, New York! Our signature Pomegranate Wine Stoppers and handcrafted small vases have officially found a new home at Ruth’s Bookstore, the retail space within the Center. This collaboration is not only an honor for our brand but also a beautiful opportunity to connect art, culture, and heritage through meaningful design.

About the Center for Jewish History

Located in the heart of Manhattan, the Center for Jewish History is a world-renowned institution that preserves, studies, and showcases the richness of Jewish culture and tradition. Recognized as the largest and most comprehensive archive of the modern Jewish experience outside of Israel, the Center provides a collaborative home to five distinguished partner organizations:

Together, these partners hold an extraordinary collection of resources—more than seven miles of archival documents, half a million books, and thousands of artworks, textiles, ritual objects, recordings, films, and photographs. From cutting-edge digitization projects to thought-provoking exhibitions and symposia, the Center ensures that Jewish history and heritage remain accessible to scholars and the public alike. As a Smithsonian Affiliate and a partner of the Google Cultural Institute, the Center continues to illuminate the Jewish story for audiences worldwide.

The Symbolism of the Pomegranate in Jewish Tradition

Our collaboration with the Center feels particularly meaningful because of the deep symbolism of the pomegranate in Jewish culture. The pomegranate, with its abundance of seeds, has been revered for centuries as a symbol of fertility, prosperity, and righteousness. In Jewish tradition, it is often associated with the 613 commandments of the Torah, as the fruit is said to contain 613 seeds—each one representing a mitzvah.

The pomegranate also holds a special place during the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah, where it is eaten as a blessing for a fruitful year ahead. Its presence in ancient ritual objects, synagogue art, and even in the design of the High Priest’s garments reflects its timeless significance.

By incorporating the pomegranate into our designs, Anet’s Collection seeks to celebrate not only beauty but also meaning—a thread that connects history, spirituality, and modern artistry.

Anet’s Collection at Ruth’s Bookstore

Visitors to the Center for Jewish History can now discover our handcrafted pomegranate wine stoppers and vases at Ruth’s Bookstore, the on-site shop that offers curated gifts, books, and Judaica. Each piece is created with care, blending artistic craftsmanship with cultural symbolism, making them perfect keepsakes or gifts that embody both heritage and contemporary elegance.

We’re honored to see our work join such an inspiring space dedicated to preserving and celebrating Jewish history. This collaboration allows us to connect with a broader community and share the storytelling power of design with those who deeply value cultural heritage.

Continuing the Journey

As Anet’s Collection grows, so does our mission to celebrate heritage through meaningful art. Partnering with the Center for Jewish History is a step forward in that journey, and we’re excited for our pomegranate-inspired designs to inspire visitors who walk through the Center’s doors.

Next time you’re in Manhattan, we invite you to visit the Center for Jewish History and explore Ruth’s Bookstore—where history, culture, and artistry meet. And of course, don’t forget to look for our pomegranates, a timeless symbol of life, abundance, and tradition.
